The gentlemen arrived promptly on time, introduced himself and then took the time to surveyed the areas to be cleaned with me. He then explained the steps he would take to address my specific concerns regarding multiple pet urine stains. As he completed each area he asked me to look at it to ensure I was satisfied with the results. The service and the results were excellent! Without a doubt, I would highly recommend On The Spot!”
