“I definitely recommend On the Spot Floors! We had water damage in our kitchen and had to have most of the kitchen torn apart. On a recommendation, I called Don with On The Spot Floors. Don managed the entire project from construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, granite and of course gorgeous floors! We had excellent communication throughout the process. We always knew who was at our house and what the next step was going to be. Linda contacted us about prices, down payments and billing throughout the project ( always staying within budget.. never any surprises). We absolutely love our new kitchen! “We are redecorating our home after 17 years. On The Spot did our wood floors originally and in later years remodeled our bathroom and rescued us from extensive water damage in our basement from a frozen pipe. Don from On The Spot took over the current redecorating project by recommending the painter and then managed the whole job. It turned out to be more difficult than originally thought due to decorating changes. We also added wainscoting in our dining room and up the stairs. On The Spot hired the carpenter and also managed that part of the project. OnThe Spot knew what our total budget for the Project was, negotiated and paid the painter and carpenter so I was only writing one check instead of multiple checks. On The Spot assessed our wooden floors and we did a combination hard refinish in some areas and a clean and polish in others. When finished it came out beautiful. On the Spot also put on new marble facing and hearth around the fireplace. They did the floors and fireplace when we were on vacation for two weeks. We had deadlines on every phase because we were having a guest for a week almost immediately after coming back from vacation. This project had to be finished on time and it was. All timelines met, project is under budget and we have a beautiful redecorated downstairs thanks to the On The Spot team. On The Spot will be replacing a granite food bar for a wider one and will begin another bathroom project this fall. On The Spot is Tip/Top. We have been using them for 17 years with 200% satisfaction.”
