“Re: Ocala Carpet & Tile, - as a consumer you have several businesses to choose from in this town. Let me save you the aggrivation & disappointment. Choose this one!! Here's why.  If you want the job done right the 1st time this is the company to hire. I am not gonna lie... I am VERY particular. Yes I admit that. And the truth is I could not be MORE ecstatic with my tile job from this company. My instalation was facilitated by John who has been with this company for years.  His work is FLAWLESS. His cuts were perfect. His grouting spot on. He cared. He took his time doing it "right". He cleaned up after himself. He stacked my extra tiles neatly for me, he didn't leave a mess behind...imagine that!! - like most contractors that I've met here in Ocala.  He was polite, his work was carried out with pride and without issue. I repeat absolutely flawless & without issue. Lastley, I would also like to give a shout out to Ida who not only answers the phone, but was also our sales person. She is fun, easy going, knowledgeable & patient.  She even carried the extra boxes of tile I purchased out to my car for me.  Great customer service, helpful &  courteous.  Need I say more?  Hire this company if you want your job done RIGHT, with good communication, customer service (unlike some of the other companies I've dealt with in Ocala) etc. This company is truly different from the rest.  Thank you John & Ida for making this experience a GREAT one!!”

“I had Archie install a new backsplash in my kitchen and he did an awesome job. It was a lot of work because he needed to take down my old backsplash. He was very careful and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. I highly recommend his workmanship, very nice and responsible person to have in my house for almost two weeks”

“Amazing quality work! We moved into a new house with stinky carpets one room the carpet was glued with no padding and shoddy patching. We had limited options as there was no space between the front door and the floor and the door is metal but we really wanted carpet with padding. Ida suggested we have vinyl flooring beneath the door with gold trim and the rest of the room padded carpet. It looks elegant and worked out perfectly for us. I drove all over ocala to price carpet, Ocala carpet and tile had the best price and I am so happy we went with them. They redid the patching to the concrete floors and installed carpet. Amazing, professional work with a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them again when we are ready for the other rooms.”

“We signed a contract with Ocala Carpet & Tile to install tile in our home on Sept 2021. We were told the tile would be installed in October. After the contract was signed & deposit given we were called & told there wasn't enough tile & a new lot needed to be ordered. The tile did not arrive until January causing a lot of delay, expense and frustration with our move. While we waited we continuously called the office. Ida Coddington did a wonderful job keeping us updated on the status of the tile. No prep was done in advance to make certain there would be no further delays. In December they sent someone to remove existing tile but left the carpet. We had to make several calls for them to complete the basic prep. Installers were not available and work did not start until January 25. In the beginning of March they hired a subcontractor to help the only installer working on the project, Archie. The subcontractor walked out on the job after the second week. The only saving grace with our project was Ida Coddington in Sales and the only installer Archie Mann. Archie worked very long days and weekends to finish the job. His professionalism and attention to detail is admirable. We finally moved in the Last week of March.. tile installation finished in April 2022. Although our floor looks great we feel we were misled during the sale process and no urgency was placed on the project when the tile arrived. When hiring for a big project it is important to get a writen timeline to protect your investment. Thank you Ida and Archie for your personal commitment & help through this process.”
