All of the Staff is very Professional and did a great job..... They covered every detail from beginning to end and we are very satisfied with the outcome... I requested that the installers were a mask in view of the pandemic and they honored my request.. “Just had 6 rooms done with wood looking vinyl. It turned out even better than I imagined. Jack was wonderful and made sure I was 100% happy!! Their team of floor installers are very professional and show up on time and did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend Ocala tile and carpet if you are looking to repkace any type of flooring. “We had lanai, three bedrooms and three closets tiled to match existing tile in living areas. Our house is less than a year old but the original tile had already been discontinued. We contacted the manufacturer who provided us with several dealers to locate the original tile. After several phone calls Doug was the only one who succeeded in obtaining it for us. Doug sent Bob for the install. Bob is a true gentleman who is meticulous, timely and gets ths job done right. We highly recommend Ocala Carpet & Tile and Bob. We couldn’t be more happy with the outcome.”
