“Entire experience exceeded expectations. Christine in the showroom is extrememly knowledgable about all types of flooring. She listens to your needs and offers an expert opinion. They showed up on time for the appointment for measurements and give you an estimate on an install date based on when they anticipate the carpet coming in. I will tell you they estimated a week and 2 days later they were ready to install. Installation was great. The installer was friendly and cleaned up as if he was never there when he was finished. This is now my go to for flooring. Everyone was very professional, kept their appointment times and are all around great to work with. I have already sent friends to them and they are all just as happy as I am. Highly recommend!!”

“Beautiful experience from start to finish! Ocala Carpet & Tile, very professional - even was able to take large samples home to see if it would be a good fit/color. Staff ( Christine, Jack and Doug) were truly "on top" of my order giving me play by play action from ordering, delivery and installation even with ETA tropical storm impacting the state of Florida! Carpet installation by WM. Cauthen Inc was out of this world! William and David are true gems! It was great to experience "old school" quality and work ethics!”

“My main bathroom had tile fall down in my tub, I was referred by my plumber, the morning I called Doug Easters, the owner, he called me right back. I went into his showroom the following day, picked out a tile, baseboards, and flooring with his expertise, his showroom was full of beautiful choices. He came to my home that afternoon, measured the bathroom, ordered everything & just like he said was out to install within 2 weeks. The installer Bob was professional, polite, and did a fantastic job, I am so happy with the work he did & would be happy to refer the company to anyone looking to have tile & flooring done. The manager Christine was also very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Just a wonderful experience and a very grateful customer.”

“We had a few hairline tile cracks and 2 chips. Unfortunately we were unable to find replacement tiles. Fortunately I contacted Ocala Carpet and Tile and they were able to make the defects almost disappear with their special process. The tiles look fantastic and I saved the expense of tile replacement. Highly recommend Ocala Carpet and Tile and will use their services in the future.”
