Professional and friendly. The showroom is stocked with every imaginable type of flooring and Merideth is a delight to deal with and very helpful when choosing flooring. I can’t recommend Nix Flooring and Design and Kenny and his team more. We’re delighted with our flooring and carpeting and the installation was top notch. As important, Kenny’s followup for minor issues is above and beyond what you’d expect. Customer service is taken to a new level at Nix Flooring and Design.”

“Nix flooring and team did an excellent job with the installation of our flooring. Looks and wears great! Took time to help us determine the best quality and value in the product we were looking for. Even prior to installation, they worked with us while we did a lot of the demolition, and offered advice to make our work as easy as possible. And they worked around our schedule and met milestone dates set based on other events we had scheduled around the time of installation. Kenny and team ensured the quality of the floor leveling was pristine to ensure a smooth and level surface for out vinyl plank. And any concerns we may have had were quickly addressed and remedied. We love our flooring and are very pleased with the overall experience working with Nix flooring.”

“Kenny and crew are professional, honest, reasonable pricing (we had three bids and they came in the lowest but included more work we knew exactly what we were getting) and do amazing work. We had our floors and backsplash in our kitchen redone. The floors in the living room hallway and master bedroom and closet. Wood floors and carpet. Turned out Beautiful. We will be using them again for our Business and to finish the upstairs of our home.”

“We love our new floors! Great experience with Kenny and his crew. Hunter and Christian did awesome work doing our whole 2nd floor in just over a day. We had laminate flooring installed and carpet in 3 of the rooms done. The carpet guys they contract the installation out to were amazing and very fast. They have so much selection to choose from for materials, they helped so much in deciding what to go with. It all came out great!”
