“While searching for a flooring company I came across some very nice reviews under their former name. When I called the number, Kenny was so nice and directed me to their new location. It was such a great experience working with this company. They were all professional and kept in touch through the whole process. They even sped up my installation because I was in a hotel and they wanted to make sure I could move back into my house promptly. Kenny, Meredith were great to work with and the installers, Terry and Christian did a fantastic job moving my furniture around, the floor is beatifully laid, and swept up all the mess. “We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The showroom is beautiful . We were helped by both Kenny and his manager , Meredith . We were given samples to take home which helped us tremendously in picking out the perfect flooring . Within two weeks our flooring was ordered and installed. The installers were polite and worked non stop until finished. We had a new bedroom in less than a day We had one minor hiccup which was acknowledged and corrected immediately by Kenny. We would highly recommend using Nix Flooring & Design.”
