She listened to exactly what I wanted and was looking for and together we were able to find the perfect flooring for my home. Kenny’s knowledge on the product and durability helped ease my mind on any hesitation I was having on my choice. The install went perfectly. Extremely professional and very detailed, you can tell their guys have been with them a long time. They really know what they are doing and do it quickly without compromising quality. What struck me immediately about Nix was the professionalism from each staff member in which I had communication with. Meredith was great on the outreach and follow up, and Kenny was always available to answer any questions or give perspective on the project. When I mentioned to Kenny that timeline was important, he literally said "we'll be out there tomorrow, just meet us with a key". I met the crew the next day and they immediately began the work. As far as the work product goes, I never thought the hard woods could ever look this good. They sanded down the heart pine which previously had a dark stain, and we decided to leave the floors natural. The house is so light and airy now with the natural wood, the floors are GORGEOUS and it looks like a brand new house.
