“We have gone through three months of several inapt and ridiculous contractors to tile our two bathrooms. The first contractor, instead of telling us they didn’t want the job they created their “measurement” appointment a month later (!). Another got paranoid after finding out we had another (out of their scope) contractor appointment and backed out of their contract. And yet another who left us in shambles was fired due to his negligence, shoddy work and absenteeism. Needless to say there was a certain degree of desperation when Nix Flooring & Design was contacted. Initially, from what we heard, a company as good as Nix would not be available. But, we were lucky when they called us back saying they had a crew available. This company does it right: They have a good business model, they respect their clients, they show up on time and they do quality work by hiring the best artisans, not to mention how accommodating their salesperson and owner is. It is so refreshing to deal with a company such as this. During the work process we woke up looking forward to the progress they will make while knowing it was going to be high quality work. Nix invests in their employees by educating them in the latest technology. AND THEY APPLY IT EXPERTLY. Alternatively, Nix is lucky to have the talented artisans they employ. From experience, we can wholeheartedly say, you’re not going to find a better company to do your project!”
