He was timely in his quotes for all the options we considered and was very patient as we went through the decision process. His follow up was impeccable. Operations (Kelvin) did a great job getting the product scheduled for installation and the installation crew (Moe & Raul) were terrific. They showed up on time, diligently worked to get the job completed on time. They were very nice, polite and most of all interacted with us to make sure that the installation met our requirements. “I would highly recommend Moda for interior purchase and carpet installation. I live in a very demanding Condo unit in Buckhead and Moda was right on top of the details and insurance documentation that the Condo required prior to installation approval. The installers arrived on time and were excellent at removing the existing carpet and installing the new carpet. They were very skilled and made sure any seams were placed in a low traffic area unlike the previous carpet I had removed. They made sure they cleaned up all areas in which they worked.”

“We had a fantastic experience with having Moda install our new carpet. Jonathan, took his time in our space and had a strong sense of what would really shine. After he carefully measured all of our rooms, he shared his idea. We looked at many other samples to be sure we had the right choice, but at the end of the day, Jonathan's choice was the winner. We still think so today, living with the new carpet. Kelvin took great care with us getting ready for the install and following up with us. Mo and his team were efficient, professional and very neat. I still can't see any seams. Here's what makes Moda very special. They were fantastic not just as things went right, but were still wonderful when things did not go right. After the install, I shifted a bed frame a bit, and in doing so, the leg of the bed made a horrible snag in my 1 hour old new carpet! It turns out there was a nail sticking out of the foot of bed and it zippered the berber into a long string. Moda came through and replaced the whole section of carpet for us and gave me back a perfect new carpet. I am very grateful for the service and their willingness to make it right, even when they couldn't be sure where the nail had come from. I would recommend working with this team to anyone looking for new carpet!”
