“Had a great experience with Moda. These guys really know their business. Was introduced to them through a Costco Flooring opportunity using SHAW LVP (LVT) products. From the time we got the first call, all engagements with the sales, service, and installation teams were prompt and professional. Our house was not built correctly to begin with, and we had several vendors come in and say that they would do it as it sits. However, Stillian (lead installer) came in and advised the proper supported way to install the product and before we would do the install, we would have to do major corrective subfloor work. It took them 5 days to perform the corrective subfloor work, and over these 5 days, the install team (Omar, Rodrigo, Florian) were here every day at 9, worked through to the end of the day at 5:30, kept the interruptions to a minimum, and kept the place clean. Interacting with the install team was a pleasure. Correcting the floor to meet install standards was a surprise that we weren't planning for, but we're happy we did follow the advice. REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE in the stability and uniformity of the floor install. Once the floor was properly in plane, getting the team out to do the actual laying of the LVP took a day (with some extra helping hands). Product we ordered went in smoothly and even thought the layout of the main floor (1200+ SQFT) had many doors / hallways / closets / linear splits, the team managed to maintain a clean install line throughout the house. At the end of the job, they cleaned up the area extremely well, leaving us with a stunning new floor. We did choose a higher end Shaw product and we love how the floor looks, it's much easier to clean (we have 3 large dogs, and a large family for the use of the main floor), and its actually much quieter than what we had installed prior. Job came out perfect, product installed is awesome. Greatly improved the value of the house. Thanks Guys!! .. Mike”

“MODA Floors & Interiors is a SUPERIOR company to use for flooring and multiple interior design options. If I could give a score of 10 stars MODA deserves double accolades! Their customer service is BEST IN CLASS from the first time you walk in the door until after the project is completed. Shawn Reuter is an outstanding Product Coordinator. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and helps guide you through the entire process working with your budget, offering suggestions and options while explaining the pro's and con's of different choices. Kelvin Smith, Installation Coordinator, is superior! Kelvin's expertise in logistical support, scheduling and answering my questions was remarkable and appreciated. Immediately after we signed the agreement to purchase the flooring I heard from Kelvin. He kept me informed the entire way letting me know when the floors were shipped, what the process was once the floors arrived and what I needed to do to be prepared for a smooth installation. Kelvin, Shawn and the entire MODA team went more than the extra mile helping us to have the work completed between Christmas and New Years and arranging a seasoned installation team that was willing and able to meet our timeline. Dean Howell, the owner of MOD, exemplifies how an independent business owner should operate. Dean came to our home during the installation to review an issue that was not expected from structural design flaws from the General Contractor of this new build condominium community. Both Dean and Shawn contacted their engineers to address how to handle the issue and their execution was flawless. Dean personally called me a week after everything was completed to make certain MODA Floors & Interiors met my expectations. I am a tough customer and NEVER post reviews but my experience with everyone at MODA earned and deserves this review. “We were very pleased with the installation of our new carpet. The Moda installers arrived at 7:30 as scheduled and went to work immediately. They were pleasant and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up when they finished and we had a little time to chat with the installer. Wish we had had more time to talk as he was an interesting person. I would highly recommend Moda. This is the 3rd time we have used this company.”
