“After reading positive online reviews I contacted Moda about replacing my damaged hardwood floors. My first contact was with Jordan Diddle who measured my floors and patiently explained the process of replacing my 1300 sf of flooring. Jordan left samples at my home and when I decided against those samples, I went to the showroom where Mr. and Mrs. Howell, the Moda owners, helped me make my final selection. The process from that point was seamless. I can’t say enough positive things about the installers (Frankie and Paulie) who spent a week replacing my flooring. They are true professionals- competent, professional, and helpful. They made a stressful week much easier for me and my new floor looks great!
