“It was a pleasure to do business with Mike Nakhel Flooring. Mike and Susan are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, genuine people. They did go beyond and above to assist me with my flooring selection. They allowed me to take samples home to help me find the one that best suits what I was looking for. When I was concern about the color variation, Mike contacted his distributor and asked for a mockup whose photo assisted me to better anticipate what the finish product would look like. We selected a contemporary looking engineered hardwood from the Hallmark Ventura Collection, I am extremely happy with. Mike’s installation crew is sincerely, one of the best contractors I have worked with. Our existing floor was a mixture of a different finishes, tile, bamboo, laminate. The new floor was to overly existing tile. Junior and his crew removed bamboo with an exceptional care. Lucas and his crew carefully prepped all the different substrates and laid down the new floor exceptionally well. Lucas and his team completed work on schedule, with a great diligence. The whole team is exceptionally professional, courteous, hardworking, and cared for my home as no other contractor did. I hope for the above words to reach those that are looking for a new floor. We had the Master done in Herringbone which is amazing to look at. We went with the "Parc M'onceau Collection - Route 4" for all the rooms.
