“Well, it was time to look for a flooring contractor. We had waited almost thirteen years to go ahead and install flooring throughout our home. I mean every single square inch of our home. Big Decision Time had arrived. Living in St Augustine I had the choice of a few good contractors and after stopping by their showrooms and getting estimates for everything from Vinyl to Hardwood to Tile, I was just not really impressed totally to trust the job to any of them. Don't get me wrong, they are probably excellent by far in their trade, it's just I needed to have someone in my home that I just knew was going to do an upscale and meticulous job because I was going to have to walk those floors day in and day out. (I work from home also, so I needed the comfort zone of trusting who was in my home). I began to check google and Yelp and Facebook and of course the BBB of NE Florida for the best flooring contractor reviews and enter Mike Nakhel Flooring (check his reviews. My gosh. Stellar). From the get-go, I was super impressed. Mike came out, we spoke, he did his estimate and talked to me about "my needs "with regard to the house and what would fit. No one else had asked me of that. I have a golden retriever and need to make sure that whatever we were going to put down on the floor, was going to be Golden approved, meaning waterproof, claw proof and comfortable. Mike was the only one that addressed all these issues!!!! I was so sold. Due to supply and demand issues, it did take about six weeks for our product to come in. and once it was at Mike's showroom, we scheduled the install with the installation crew lead by Lucas. I am beyond happy with this crew, super good and I mean tip top good, and they even listened to me when I told them the door had to be shut each time they went inside the garage because of the "dog". This was a huge concern of my husband and I how she would take to the noise and shuffling about of furniture (which the installation crew did with expertise) After day one, she wanted to go home with them. That is how good they were. So, they are almost done, and I wanted to sit down and give Mike Nakhel Flooring a huge shout out because this is really how business should be conducted. I am working from home, they are working around me, courteous of what I am doing and yet flying this job out like they were born to do this. I am ecstatic about what I am seeing on my floors. It's like a new house. I'm Jazzed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had more homes for Mike Nakhel to do, that is how good the company truly is. Also, as a side note as I did not get the pleasure of meeting Susan, who is in the office. A truly superb communicator and above all patient with every question and/or thought you may have in this whole process. Five Stars given. I am still searching for more stars as they truly deserve it. Thank you, Mike, Susan, Lucas and the installation crew!!!!!!!!!”

“My wife and I purchased a 12' x 15' area rug online and planned to have it cut to 9' x 15' with new edge binding. After an exhaustive search, I found Mike Nakhel Flooring to do the work. Given the size of the rug and the difficulty in transporting it, Mike came to our home with all his tools, his binding machine, and a variety of bindings in different colors. He found that the area rug was not a true rectangle, trimmed and squared the edges, and then bound all four sides. It turned out better than I expected. Mike is a perfectionist and I appreciate that he created a masterpiece for our dining room.”
