“If your looking for floors and craftsmen ship your in luck. New to the area we were lucky to find Nakhel Flooring - Entering their showroom we were greeted with a warm reception welcoming us with open arms. Susan introduced herself and immediately assisted us - taking some time to choose the correct flooring - pattern after pattern Susan was 100% plus helpful. Having picked the right pattern and tiles Mike entered - introduced himself - we learned Susan was his wife (lucky guy.) In a timely manner our job was completed - Mike’s crew (in house) are the best - a perfect- double perfect workmanship - talk about perfection - Rating - 10 bring the best - - I’ll go farther - rating - 100 plus. One more item - THANK YOU MIKE - - and CREW - - Bob & Denise Wheeler”

“My wife and I recently purchased a new home in the Jax Beach area and wanted to replicate the carpet we just had installed in St. Louis. Looking at reviews we saw Mr. Nakhel's impressive reputation online and decided to meet with him to get an estimate, a difficult thing to schedule when you live in another town. We were surprised when we visited Mr. Nakhel's (now old) office and saw how small it was having expected a large showroom as that seems to be the trend with most carpet stores. Let me just say, size does not equal quality. Mr. Nakhel met with us personally, listened as we described exactly what we want, and did his absolute best to accommodate our request. Unfortunately the pattern of our carpet in St. Louis was discontinued but thanks to Mikes knowledge of his products he was able to show us an option that was a close as makes no difference to what we wanted. We couldn't have been happier. Living 14 hours away poses some logistical problems but Mike worked with us to provide us an installation date we could have someone meet with him and even worked with us when a last issues caused a scheduling change. He was kind, patient, and gracious throughout the entire experience. I'm sure if you look hard enough you will find another carpet installer who will sell you a product for a lower price, but there's a reason for that. They'll cut corners on installation, give you subpar padding, and potentially damage your house. However, when you work with someone as professional and kind as Mr. Nakhel you'll feel every penny you paid was worth it. Pros: - Extremely friendly staff. - Excellent and extensive product knowledge. - Flexible scheduling. - Quality of product. - Quality of installation. Cons: - Somewhat difficult to locate showroom which I understand he's recently corrected.”

“Mike was great to work with and kept us informed during this crazy supply chain time. Lucas on his install team was top notch, easy to work with and did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors and stairs. We would definitely use him again.”
