“I worked with Angie to select some laminate flooring for an Office I was moving in to. Angie was very helpful in selecting & quoting the flooring. She contacted an installer for me and after they looked at my new space they scheduled the job between Christmas & New Years, since I was moving in on Jan 1. The installer, who did not work for Marion's, showed up onsite and decided to not do the job and walked off, leaving me in a bad spot. As soon as Angie was aware of what happened, she had James Chin Chin work with me to install my flooring. James was very easy to work with and started on the flooring right away, as I was in a hurry to get moved in. James did a great job and worked around all of the abnormal features of my office suite (in floor wiring with access panels, inset baseboards, etc) without any complaints. He even had to come back to install a transition due to a locked door with a lost key, with never a complaint. Compared to the first installer, James did great work and was so easy to work with. I would strongly recommend Marion's and ask for Angie and James Chin Chin to install your flooring.”
