Our basement flooded (like we needed something else to deal with during a pandemic) and we were at a loss about how to fix it. Someone suggested we call Mal Elfman's and from that point forward, the whole process got easier. John Dillon came to our house with piles of samples and pinpointed exactly the style we were looking for, helping us choose both gorgeous vinyl and carpet. We already had a contractor set up to manage the flood damage, but John stayed in touch through the ordering process making sure that the floor delivery was coordinated with the contractor's installation schedule. And when we got the last minute news that the contractor measured wrong and we didn't get enough flooring, John stepped in and offered to bring what we needed the next day. Incredible. I'd recommend Mal Elfman's to anyone looking for flooring. Great customer service, cool flooring options.”
