“The timing of needing to buy a house (which needed carpet and plank flooring replaced) was not good... right in the middle of the coronavirus shutdown. We searched online for places that sold the brand of carpet we knew wanted which led us to Luke's Carpet. We noticed many people were pleased with the service they got from Payton. So we contacted her and have not been disappointed. She listened to what we needed, helped us chose items and match colors. When we had a question she was easy to contact. When she ordered our flooring she gave us all the information about availability and delivery time. I appreciate this because the virus has made all companies change they way they are doing business but we were able to do it all and keep safe while doing it. The communication has been awesome. We have been so pleased that we are talking to Payton about helping us with counter tops.”

Pricing was very reasonable (even a little better than the big box stores) plus we got personal service with Royal running point and keeping us informed. Thank you Lukes!”

He took the time, made himself available and offered multiple solutions but let us decide what worked best for us. Mostly he took the time to listen and put himself in our shoes.
