“I want to start this review out by saying how amazing every at Luke's carpet is. I spoke with everybody yesterday and they all were extremely helpful and kind. Whether it's the guy running the forklift or a manager they all are willing to drop everything to assist you. I was lucky enough to have Javonne help me out. I was not really there to buy carpet, I needed the old cardboard tubes for my Rescue Birds. Even though Javonne was dressed beautifully she still got her hands dirty. She reached in the bin and found me one. Well on my way out I saw a bunch of carpet rolls with New Tubes. So I decided to buy 4, not only for the tubes but to support their amazing business. So if you are ever in need of flooring, make sure you say hi to Javonne. She will liven up your day and make your experience amazing. “Recently, I purchased three rooms of carpeting from Luke's with a strong desire to have it installed asap due to other work scheduled for the house. Dominique, our installer, not only worked us into his schedule prior to taking a paternity leave, he worked a 12 hour day, mostly without his assistant, to complete the job for us. He was professional, personable and a joy to have in our house. Thank you, Dominique!”

“Needed a custom-sized bound area rug for a hardwood living space in a new-to-us home. Ken Striegel was great at making sure I saw all the options, while also being transparent about which carpets were on sale. He was thorough about discussing binding options (rounded or square corners), pad options, and making sure we had a size that not only worked for our room but was an efficient use of materials. Super happy with the final product. Their showroom is amazing to browse/dream while Ken did the paperwork; we will be back for other flooring and countertop needs.”

“We recently finished an 8-month, whole-house remodel. Wow! It was quite a project. We used Luke's Carpet and Design Center for tile and LVP flooring, tile backsplashes and trim, laminate countertops and trim, carpet and pad. The entire team at Luke's was so helpful in this process, but especially our point person, Kira Woods. Kira was always available for questions, concerns, design help, and just a friendly chat to keep the remodel blues away. “Ask for Ken! Went in looking for flooring and tiling for a remodel. Ken was incredibly patient as he helped us decide on materials. He walked us around the entire shop showing us products and listening to what we liked and what we wanted, while also offering suggestions on styles and different materials. When we said “no” to something he never flinched, he worked hard to help us through the process and choose materials best for us. He was able to tell us how long product might take to get ordered, cost of materials, and other details about the materials immediately as we looked, helping to make the process quick and smooth. He was professional and had a great sense of modern style that we were looking for. We highly recommend him, and Luke’s, and are thankful to have had his help with a project that means so much to us.”
