“We ordered approximately $8,000 of new flooring and had First American install it. The job was professionally done with skilled workers. About a week later we noticed a buckle in one of the boards in the middle of the living room. They came back out and completely reworked a large section of the living room. Later, we discovered a second defective product board from Coretec the manufacturer. This was corrected also. This company has the professionals to handle any job large or small. Highly recommended!”

“I had a phenomenal experience. Keep in mind we were in the middle of COVID and everything was shut down. Sediq came to my home and brought samples We had a water damage so we decided to invest in the vinyl plank. Best decision we ever made. We were able to get financing through first American and we were able to have our whole home floored in one day. We did not have to wait long for an installation date. They really do treat you with kindness and respect regardless of your budget. They don’t make you feel like your just another customer. They honestly want you to be happy. I’ve had my flooring now for a year and I’m still in love with it. I’m so glad i not only chose the vinyl plank but that i chose First American Carpet.”

About a week later we noticed a buckle in one of the boards in the middle of the living room. They came back out and completely redid a large section of the living room. Later, we discovered a second defective product board from Coretec the manufacturer. This was corrected also. In one room we have two transition areas that go from wood to tile and from wood to stone. They tried on at least 3 occasions to glue down a wooden transition piece but it would not stay. My wife kept nagging me about the problem but I gave up on having them fix the transitions and am looking to have another contractor resolve the two issues.”

They have a beautiful showroom with lots of carpet choices and other flooring as well, though I was specifically interested in carpet. Derrick is the gentleman who helped me and he was great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I highly recommend!”
