“Fantastic customer service, super responsive to questions, and very knowledgeable on the carpet we were buying. The contractors they use to do the installation is by far the BEST I’ve seen. The follow up after installation was timely. Will definitely do business again with First American carpet.”

“I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. The show room was quiet and inviting- very low pressure and friendly environment. The price was perfect (not enough for the quality I received, to be honest). Scheduling was a breeze. The installers showed up on time, were friendly and professional. And the finished product.... OMG! I only did the basement floors but now I regret not doing the whole house! They're absolutely beautiful. Thank you <3”

“This company is top notch. We had roughly 1500 sq ft of work to be done, and even during the wood shortage, the price was unbelievably affordable. The installers did not rush the job and it shows. Will recommend to anyone in the local areas going forward.”
