On the day of the install, the installers were all polite and respectful of our property. Cleaned up after the install. Highly recommended, wouldn’t mine doing business with them in the future!”

“Very pleased with the customer service as well as the product. Employees were prompt with answers. Install was professional. Cuts were beautiful and precise. JG Natural Stone worked with us on our new construction, custom home. They were patient with us as our build took longer than expected. They made adjustments for us weeks after install, once our plumber came to fit our vessel sinks and found the standard drain holes didn't fit. JG Natural Stone came out and remedied the hole super quickly. Very impressed all around with our experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for countertops!! “I started working with Jennifer at JG Natural Stone about 3 weeks before my countertops were installed. She was very easy to work with, made excellent suggestions and is knowledgeable. She worked up a quote from the measurements I supplied while I was in their shop (no waiting for a phone call or email with a quote) and then once I picked the product, sent the tech out to measure. I had no problem getting a hold of her with questions. If she was with another client, she would call me back within an hour. My install went very smoothly and the finished product is so beautiful!! Their pricing was not too high nor lower than anyone else, but I got a quality countertop and great people to work with me in getting my job right. So worth it! Thank you to JG Natural Stone and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality product and a job well done with no problems!”

“I have been looking for a place to buy Quartz countertops with quick installation and had no luck with the big box stores. At one of the big box stores I couldn’t even find anyone to help and the other said a 2 month waiting period to get my countertops. I searched for a place near me and found JG Natural Stone. I have to admit I’m not easy to impress and am very picky but I have got to tell you this place is amazing. Not only was I immediately greeted, shown options within my budget but was given a price quote on the spot. They are very knowledgeable about the different products they carry and I wanted Quartz but didn’t think I could afford it. Much to my surprise I could afford Quartz’s and they had exactly what I was looking for and was cheaper then the big box stores. They contacted me and in less then a week to measure for the countertops. It turned out after the measurements I was told I would get a new invoice because the labor was less then estimated. Now I’m jumping for joy, they we’re charging me less then quoted, when does that ever happen? The following week they were installing my beautiful countertops. Everyone at JG Stone were a pleasure to work with from the girl who sold me my beautiful Quartz countertops to the gentleman who came to measure and the installers were awesome. The whole experience with JG Stone was fantastic. I would rate them a 10, they are that good. No need to wear yourself out running from store to store, this place is the best.”

“Fantastic job accomplished by pro's. I had an outdoor kitchen project in work when JG came out to take initial measurements. They came out for a second measurement prior to cut and install. When installing, the slab aligned perfectly with my cutouts for the built-in grill. During installation, the team took time to ensure proper notches for the built-in grill and flush mount the granite with the base and the side of the house. Of note, I also purchased the stone veneer from JG. All prices were below larger chain retailers.”
