However, two things motivated me to do so in this case. 1) I originally found JG after seeing previous positive reviews from others, so I felt I owed a review myself. 2) They earned it. After visiting with several local contractors and fabricators, we landed on JG Natural Stone for our kitchen granite counter installation. If I could most simply sum up our experience, I would say the office team is excellent and the installation crews professional & clean considering the work being done. If you're like me, customer service is my top priority. Unreasonable delays or unprofessional behavior are the quickest way to lose my business. Neither of which were a problem at JG. “I cannot say enough good things about JG Natural Stone. I called three different countertop companies and got varied results. One company never called me back, the next made it seem as if I were putting them out by asking for a quote and then I called JG Natural Stone and they gave me the attention that I was looking for. Jorge came out, measured himself and had me a quote the same day. He even came and performed the installation himself and I could not have been happier. I was so impressed by their work, I called them back to do the countertops at our second home for me. Our neighbors love our countertops and we are proud to tell them that JG performed the work.
