“I have been renovating my house for a couple of years now, and J Z Star Flooring has been the best contractor by far to work with. Prior to my tile floor install, I had my terrazzo floors restored by another contractor and two of them did not turn out well - discolorations throughout. Luckily these two rooms were adjoining and and connected to another that I needed to get tile installed on anyways. So, I decided I was going to have to tile over these floors and it needed to be done ASAP as I had other projects already scheduled with the floors being finished as a prerequisite. I got in touch with Jaime at J Z at the end of one week. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and best of all, he made sure that work started the Monday of the following week - only a few days from first contacting them. The crew did amazing work, my floors look beautiful, and the work was done ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality in any way. I would definitely recommend J Z Star Flooring to anyone looking for tile floor installation services.”

“The whole project from start to finish went amazingly well. Jaime Zagazeta , the owner was outstanding to deal with. We told him of our concern that the removal of the old ceramic tile flooring would be a dust and dirt nightmare and he assured us that the dust and dirt would be minimal with his White Glove Service. It was minimal. We were thrilled. He helped us to pick out the Ceramic Composite flooring that we absolutely love. The installer he sent was terrific. . He was neat and did a fantastic job. In conclusion we highly recommend J. Z. Star Services to anyone needing new flooring.”

“Jamie and his installers have been an absolute delight! We are from out of town, and needed someone to come into a rental condo we own and give us a quick turnaround on a laminate floor with water intrusion. Jamie responded quickly to all our questions, and prepared several different written plans of action for us to choose from. He wasn’t pushy like a few other folks we contacted were, and he really knows his stuff. The installers he sent were polite, clean and quick. Jamie checked in frequently both in person and by text to make sure we were happy with the team’s work. I’m just sad I can’t take these guys to NC with me to work on my house.
