“An excellent job, completed on time, as promised!”

“Super fast and efficient”

“I ended up texting the number in this listing to get a quote. Jaime asked me a few questions to understand what I needed and after texting back and forth for a couple hours, we arranged for him to come over and measure the rooms and provide a more formal quote. He came over and measured all the rooms and closets with his laser measure and later that day I received a more formal quote/estimate. His prices were better than what I got from Home Depot and a couple other sources. So based on the reviews I read on Angie's List, the quote and meeting Jaime I felt good about proceeding. We set a date to start the week of Thanksgiving and on the start date, Eduardo and Rodrigo showed up. They were both awesome to work with. We had just moved in the house a couple weeks before and furniture and boxes everywhere. Each day I would talk to Eduardo about what his plans were for the day and we discussed the travel paths that we needed for the bedrooms/bathrooms, and to let the dogs out etc. He was very accommodating and did his best to get the carpet out, the tile in and still allow us to live here. The installation took a day or so longer than I thought it would but the tile was put down perfectly and we also had them put in all new base boards as well. I would let Eduardo take as long as he wants to get the job done if it meant I would be this happy with the outcome. I really can't say enough good things about my experience and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.”

“Great communication and responsiveness”

“I honestly cannot say enough about Jaime and his team. I texted Jaime for a general quote on new floors. He almost immediately texted me back and started offering suggestions, sending photos and giving me a general idea of the costs involved. He even went as far as to understand my lifestyle to make a proper recommendation on the types of floors that would be best suited for me and my family. He came out that weekend with a bunch of samples, took some measurements and spent a ton of time with my husband and I answering questions. One of the best things about Jaime is that when he says he is going to email, text or call - He does! Every time! Halfway through the job we decided to add on an additional part of our house that required some plumbing work. Jaime made a recommendation for a plumber and they showed up at my house together to review the job and give me an estimate. I wish I could use Jaime and his team for other projects in my home. I cannot express how pleased we are with the work and service we have received and the new floors look amazing! Thank you!”
