“Outstanding customer service! I was missing an 8 foot unfinished hard wood plank for my home project. I went to another store in Springfield I originally purchased wood from but they said they could not sell me a plank and suggested I purchase a whole bundle again. So I went to the Indiana Floors, where the sales associate immediately went to the warehouse and found a plank for me! I am very impressed! Will go back to Indiana Floors for my future home project needs!”
