“Outstanding experience working with the Indiana Floor team. They were extremely helpful in matching my existing flooring purchased years ago (which was no longer produced by the manufacturer) with a perfect substitute. Despite the material shortages due to the pandemic, they worked to find stock throughout the Region and secured it (on my word alone). They communicated throughout the process, with regular updates on order status, delivery dates, and follow-ups to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Their delivery team was exceptionally friendly, fast, and considerate during the delivery. The experience was so positive in finishing my 2nd floor that I went back to them and ordered more flooring for my 1st floor - again, a perfect match and was secured/delivery well before my expectations. I've already shared their info with friends and colleagues and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, honest, and responsive supplier. The product provided was undamaged, matched my order/expectations, and is looks even better installed (photo included). They walked me through the pros/cons of various types of wood flooring, advised on proper installation, and tipped me off on things I hadn't though of during my planning. I stopped by their location in Sterling to pick up some additional trim and was impressed with their wide selection (but not surprised that their staff there were just as great as all the others I encountered).”

“I've used Indiana Floors 2x now, first for our bedroom floor of the house in 2020; the experience was so great that in 2021 we went with Hamed and his team again when we gutted the first floor. I found that Hamed went above and beyond, working with us to find the exact right wood. In 2020's job the wood we were going to get was not meeting his expectations for width variance and he refused shipment on it from the manufacturer instead of selling us a sub-par product. He worked to find a replacement manufacturer and gave us an excellent price on a product that ended up in being far superior to the original product we were going to go with. Both times he was super helpful, kept me up to date with how the milling of our wood was progressing at the manufacturer. Both times, wood showed up on time (an amazing thing in 2021 with wood supply issues) We'll use him again for our flooring needs in 2022 when we do the basement and he's already giving us great advice on that project; even a year out.”

“Hamed at Indiana Floors in Sterling, VA is absolutely amazing. He worked with my wife and I to find the perfect carpet for our house. We were very picky about color and quality and Hamed came through. He even lined us up with a fantastic installer! I was blown away by his excellent communication and willingness to work with us.
