“Wow! This company is fabulous. Angie came out the day after I stopped in to pick material and gave me a quote while still in my place! Sounds like a no brainer but most flooring companies in Charlotte don't even call you back. I had a tight timeline and she was able to squeeze me in the following week for installation!!! The installers Marvin and Emanuel (sorry for any misspellings) were amazing! First of all, not only on time but EARLY! Also unheard of in my experience in the South. They worked at such a fast pace for the top quality of work. Even managed to make a seamless transition to my marble flooring despite uneven concrete subflooring. Angie and her husband even came out to trouble shoot this task to be sure not to break any marble! Thank you for the stunning flooring and such amazing customer service!”

“If you're thinking about getting new floors, I can't say enough good things about Hughes Floor Coverings. Rodney Hughes was so patient with us in the showroom and helped us pick the best floor for our needs. We went with Palmetto Road luxury vinyl plank since we have 3 kids and lots of pets. Tim and his helper did an incredible job installing the floor and they were so pleasant to have in our house for 4 days. We haven't moved all of our furniture back in yet (mainly because I want to keep admiring my new floors) but this gives you an idea. We went to EVERY. SINGLE. flooring company in Charlotte and Hughes was the best! These floors were definitely not in our budget but soo worth it!”
