“Purchased a new hardwood floor from Hughes. When we went in to check prices and selection, our sales rep suggested a wood that we had not even considered. The wood was on sale and priced right. Our sales rep highly recommended that we choose the wood that was on sale because of the look we wanted for our floor. We took his suggestion and we now have a GORGEOUS floor in our home. We would have been happy with what we orginally thought we wanted, but I am thrilled with what we actually purchased. Our sales rep certainly knew what he was talking about!!! The sales reps at Hughes are very knowledgable and we had no issues with the installation. The installers arrived on time, worked with us to ensure we got the look we wanted and kept the mess to a minimum. We will definately go back to Hughes for all our flooring needs.”

“I was overall happy with the service and product we received from Hughes. We got the product we asked for in a timely manner and installation was quick (2 days for our particular job). My main critique was for the sales staff. The guy we worked with was very attentive and knowledgeble in the store. When it came to our home visit to measure the space and bring a product sample he was over an hour late (with no phone call and I was on lunch break! My husband wanted to talk to him too but had to go back to work b/c he couldn't wait any longer) and I had to track him down. No apology which I thought was tacky just a comment on how far away from the store we live. When the installer crew came they too showed up late the first day on the job but arrived on time the second day and worked hard the entire time they were in my home.”
