“Very easy to deal with from the initial visit through completion. The flooring looks great. The installers were on time and worked all day without a break. They were pleasant to deal with and left no mess whatsoever !”

“All was done well. The only missing part was that in molding stapling they put them so deep they did not cover-in the holes left. Now I'll have to fill the holes and paint to cover them. It is not a huge problem, but takes my time. The flooring is better than we expected and it was a good job overall.”

“I had a good experience with them on our first installation. The second installation didn't go very well...I was asked to reschedule and was happy to accommodate. The issue; however, was that the service order was changed again and I was never notified. This caused a huge disruption in our day. I felt like it was a clear message that their time was more important than my own.”
