“We were in need of new carpeting for most of our home. When checked several companies and looked at their reviews. Hessler had very positive reviews. We looked at their web site and then visited their store in Naples. We met with Steve Kirkman who directed us to the carpet samples we wanted. Steve did not try to direct us to their most expensive products or try to upsell us. We selected carpeting without any pressure. the carpeting was installed in less than three weeks. The installers arrived early and worked all day and did a fantastic job. We are very please with the price, quality, and service. Highly recommend! the installeWhen we were looking”
