“I had carpet installation purchased/scheduled with a different store (a color and quality I wasn't' crazy about). After coordinating with the other store for about two months prior to coming to town, I was told they couldn't install the carpet for at least another 3 weeks. By then I would have left town. I decided to contact Hessler and see what they could do and worked with Adam. Ultimately I got better quality carpet, preferred color and they installed on a Saturday so it could be done before I left town. The customer service through Adam was outstanding! And the better quality carpet was significantly less expensive than the other store. Hessler will be my new go-to store for flooring in Naples.”
