Our plans kept changing and she was incredibly responsive and helpful and managed our installation tight schedule. “My wife and I contacted Hessler Floor Coverings and needed to arrange for the removal of carpet and the installation of wood plank tile for 3 bedrooms and a den. After getting 2 other ridiculously high quotes from other flooring companies, we spoke with Christy at Hessler Floor Coverings at the Ft. Myers store who was fantastic to deal with. She helped guide our choice to remain within our budget. Christy then worked to get our installation scheduled so the new floors would be completed before moving into our new home. Once scheduled, the installation team, led by Pasquale worked over 4 days to finish the floors. The results looks amazing. I can't recommend Christy and Hessler or the installation team enough!
