“We've worked with About All Floors twice now and both times were perfect. From choosing our floor coverings through the installations. Customer service is always outstanding. Here's an example. Shortly after our new carpet was installed, our Great Dane puppy pulled out a bunch of fibers, causing a hole where everyone could see it. Needless to say, I was upset. I contacted Pearl and she had Donny at our house in no time to see what could to be done. Donny was able to easily make a repair and you'd never know there was ever a hole. We are customers for life!”

“I recently purchased my mohnton home, carpets, while clean, were very loose, with waves and ridges, that presented a trip and fall potential. I called about all floors, they came out gave me an estimate, and said while they could not guarantee perfection due to how long the problems existed, they would at the very least be much better. They sent their specialist, Clemente with his crew to my home, earlier in the morning then expected, and they immediately set to work, in less than an hour, my carpets on both first and second floor were done. Have to say, very very satisfied, and impressed with the quality of the work. They were quiet, professional, neat, and moved what furniture I was unable to move. Although a mark remains where the ridge was in the living room, the remainder of the home is perfect! With a couple of trips with the carpet cleaner, the ridge mark will eventually go away. Use them with 100% confidence!”
