“Great customer service, excellent pricing and top notch instalation”

“My husband and I used About All Floors to replace the flooring in a home we purchased. Cris was so helpful as we browsed all the options for luxury vinyl in the store. We were using pictures on our phones to try to choose a product and she was so patient and offered sound opinions on what would and wouldn’t likely work in each space. In the end, she helped us decide on quality carpet and LVP at a good price. She didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary things or offer suggestions with higher prices in mind. The products arrived and installation completed within 4 weeks, the timeframe we were told when we placed our order. These days, that’s impressive. The only reason I deducted a star is because the installers needed to come back multiple times to fix issues: mismatched baseboard color, incorrectly installed and missing transition strips, and a poorly carpeted pole that still doesn’t look quite right. I will say that Brian did a great job fixing the little issues left by the installers, but I wish it didn’t require 3 visits after the installation to complete everything. The owners purchased a washer hose to replace one that cracked when the installers moved the appliances. It was old and needed replacing anyway, but that was a nice gesture. Overall, we love our flooring and would use About All Floors next time.”
