“We visited the All About Floors Wyomissing showroom when we were considering a small floor tile project in our bathroom. Margaret was great. She patiently assisted us in selecting the tiles, and she set up an appointment for the estimate. The estimator was quick, thorough and on time. When we decided to move forward with the installation, Margaret scheduled that as well. The installation was done on time, professionally and neatly, with drop-cloths placed from the door entrance, up the stairs and to the bathroom. Dave the installer was meticulous, and if we could give more than 5 stars for the entire process we would. We have a couple of additional flooring projects that we are considering, and we will be reaching out to All About Floors (and requesting Dave as the installer) when we do.”

“After speaking with several flooring dealers in Berks County, we chose About All Floors to replace all floors, kitchen countertops and bascplash in our 3300 square foot home. Customer service was outstanding. Jackie, our salesperson was great, offering suggestions for colors and styles to fit our lifestyle. Installation went smoothly - everything coordinated perfectly. “Once again, I am extremely happy with About All Floors. About All Floors has pretty much installed flooring in all of the spaces in our house. I have always been happy with the work that was performed, and the one thing that I especially like is their lifetime installation guarantee for as long as you have that particular product. The other day we noticed our carpet bunching in the middle in one of our rooms. I gave the store a call, and working with Cris, set up an appointment to have the room evaluated. On that day, Dave came out to inspect, and not only did he evaluate it, he fixed it on the spot since it was not labor intensive. I appreciated that he did that, and also working together with Cris to get this issue resolved. They are the only place I will use for flooring. Keep up the great work! Ron”

The tile floors are chilly and the students are so excited to now have a rug to sit on :). Our classroom is definitely "homier" and warmer with the carpet.
