“From the moment I walked through the doors and met Chris Adams, to my final phone call with him, my experience with Havertown Carpet was excellent. My initial thoughts were to lay down Luxury Vinyl Planking in a bedroom that had sustained flooding but after consulting with Chris, the better solution was Mohawk AirO Carpet, at lower cost. None of the other companies I had consulted, including big box stores, had suggested that LVP might not be the right solution to the problem. All the Havertown employees I dealt with subsequently, including Pete who provided the estimate and Luis and the install team, did a great job and were courteous and professional.
