I requested a consultation online and Molly called right away to schedule a home visit. Dan arrived promptly and was low key and friendly. He answered my questions and measured my rooms, and suggested I visited their showroom to work on making my flooring choices. I did so and Becky was very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me.
