“Most Helpful and Very Professional I recently had a small damaged portion on my hardwood flooring and a total repair just seemed too much of an option. But I was also having a hard time trying to find a design that would perfectly match the old existing one. So I decided to call the experts. Alex was really accommodating on my floor issue and asked me to come over and look at the samples he had lined up for me. When I came, I was so surprised to see how perfect the designs were. Too bad I only needed one. Glamour Flooring really made my day. True experts!”

“Perfect Granite Countertop Assistance I am from Katy, TX and I just recently made some make-over fixes on our kitchen and thought a granite countertop would simply make a fine finish. “After months of research, both in product and cost, Glamour Flooring stood far above the rest in the Houston area. Although Katy was not as convenient for me geographically as other stores, it was well worth the extra miles to work with Alex! What a refreshing change ~ someone who knew what he was talking about and actually “listened” to my needs BEFORE offering any suggestions. Once my final decisions were made, scheduling was critical as I only had a small window of opportunity to get the floor in. Alex assured me they would work with my schedule, and they did. The installers showed up ON TIME both days and were not only courteous and respectful of my family and my home; they were unbelievably hard working and talented. It was truly a pleasure having them in my home! I cannot recommend any company more ~ finding this company was the best thing I’ve done all year! I love my floors and I’m looking forward to working with them in the future. One final warning ~ another very popular and large flooring company promised everything (including great prices) until it was time to finalize the project ~ they sent their own person to “measure” my space and OVER ESTIMATED my space by 100 extra square feet. This INTENTIONAL error would have cost me over $900.00. What a great scam … low ball the bid per square foot then add 100 square feet! Beware ~ not all flooring companies have integrity but I cannot recommend Glamour Flooring more ~ they were 100% honest and professional all the way through the project. Thanks again Alex!!!”

“Excellent They had a large showroom with samples of what they sold unlike other stores. I was looking for granite countertops they had most granite samples in the store then sent me to their yard a week later my granite was installed... please e-mail me if any questions about these guys at Glamour Flooring the best Katy Granite countertop installers”
