“We chose Glamour Flooring again, this time is for our newly purchased house. Due to the delay of the closing, there were only 2 weeks to replace with the hardwood floor on the first floor, 2 wood staircases and carpet for all rooms upstairs before the moving. Ivan from Glamour Flooring followed up closely on the material orders, schedule the crew and made all necessary arrangements for our work order. His team is very professional, and they are hard workers, who also worked till 10pm the night before our scheduled moving date! The quality of their work is great and price is competitive. We would highly recommend the Glamour Flooring Katy store!”

“I would have given Ivan and his crew 100 stars if it allowed me to! After researching several companies in the area we chose Glamour Flooring based on the reviews, and I'm sure glad I did. Closing on our new home was the worst nightmare creating numerous scheduling problems. When communicating these loan problems with Ivan, he was very understanding and prompt in his responses. We hired Glamour Flooring to do work on our new home before moving in. They replaced the entire 2nd floor carpet, and installed wood flooring in 2 of the downstairs rooms. My husband is the most cynical person when it comes to vendors, but not only was he impressed with the quality and look of the products installed, but also impressed by the quality and efficiency when Ivan's crew worked. In a blink of an eye they were finished! They are BY FAR THE BEST vendors we have dealt with in a very long time. Not only does their work blow everyone out of the water, but Ivan is very personable and passionate about what he does. I cannot recommend Glamour Flooring enough! Thank you again for your work!”

“We purchased granite counter top for our kitchen and the experience was very professional from beginning to end. Ivan was very helpful (not pushy). He explained the process carefully and completely, there were no unexpected extras. The installers were polite, very careful and precise in their work. They even made an excellent custom cut out for our under mounted sink which had a non-symmetrical shape. We would not hesitate to recommend Glamor Flooring to anyone.”

“Ivan is trustworthy, helpful, patient, and 100% guaranty's their workmanship. We had an issue in the middle of installing high end wide-plank distressed wood floors. I had Ivan come to my home. I asked him, "is it right or wrong? He said it was wrong. They pulled up what was installed, ordered more, redid it beautifully. No charge to me. My point is things always happen, it's called life. So when they do, you need someone who won't give you the song and dance. Ivan and his company are straight up, they made it right. We appreciate it tremendously. Last, Ivan and his business also had the best price on the distressed wood and installation.”

“We were replacing 2000+ sqft of carpet with engineered hardwood on a 2-story vacant house we just bought. We stops by Glamour Flooring to check out the offering on the 1st Saturday of January 2015. The store hosts ample samples of flooring material, we were greeted by Ivan and his partner. Both gentlemen explained us the various engineered hardwood samples that suited our preferences. Ivan took the actual measurement and gives us a proposal that is fairly priced. As promised, works started and completed as proposed. The workmanship is good, and no sign of damage to the existing walls, posts or stairs. All construction wastes were removed from site by the time we made the inspection. We are planning to contract Glamour Flooring to do additional tile works for our porches and balcony.”

“After going through 2 companies for granite and being quoted for 13 sq ft more than needed plus so many additional fees I researched and found Glamour Flooring. My service was more than I could have hoped, honest, fast, very affordable and fantastic work. I went with my measurement and Ivan the manager gave me a quote immediately (and was accurate on his measurements!), picked out edge then immediately sent me to pick out my granite, it was installed the following Monday! The installers were very professional and extremely neat. The work was fantastic. I have had no problem of any kind with Glamour Flooring or their staff from the first time I called to clean up after completion. We have been so happy with our experience that we are going for a quote on back splash now and will contact them for future carpet and flooring. I highly recommend working with Ivan and his crew.”
