“We had replaced the old carpet with hardwood thru Glamour Flooring Katy more than one year ago. The price was great and the process was very swift and pleasant. What amazed us more came after our one year warranty was expired. Some minor problems occurred in one of the rooms due to lack of care. We called the store, and they were able to send engineer to our house several times and inspected the issue and proposed good solution. We feel very fortunate to contract with Glamour Flooring Katy and we highly recommend their service. Thank you very much Glamour Flooring!!”

“Glamour Flooring remodeled my mothers/sister's kitchen and replaced the carpet in the house in Katy, Texas and did a great job. They did the countertops, painted the cabinets and put on new hardware, put in a new sink, took off the wallpaper and painted the walls. The workers were very kind to my mother and sister and diligent in their work and we couldn't be happier with the process or the results. I have a small real estate company in Austin and I can say I have never been more impressed than with this company. I can recommend Glamour Flooring without reservation.”

“Ivan was really pleasant and came out promptly to give our estimate as well as answer all our questions. We love our floors. We didn't have any issues with the flooring guys. in fact, they were also really pleasant to work with. they addressed any concerns during the process and worked efficiently through the days. “My husband and I started out wanting to replace all carpet with wood floors and ended up replacing the kitchen floor tile and backsplash, rebuilding the fireplace and remodeling the master bath in addition to installing the wood floor.Cost was reasonable. Ivan was a great help with our selections and was never pushy. We replaced our small shower with a custom cabinet (very happy with this job). The garden tub was removed and this space is now our new shower which is wonderful. I love the granite countertops and deep sinks. The wood floors look great, but the installers' trim work (baseboards) was poor. I was disappointed in some of the finish work performed by other installers as well. Ivan handled our complaints professionally and was more than willing to make things right. Overall, happy with the results.”
