“I always enjoy doing business with Gene's flooring. I trust that they are providing me with the best floor products and pricing. Their floor installers are professionals, they take the time to seal off rooms from floor dust. The end result is a beautiful laid floor. I appreciate that they back their floors and the craftsmanship. My advice to anyone looking to get floor work done, do NOT try and cut corners by hiring some of these individuals trying to pass themselves off as floor installers, they do not come with warranties, they will not back their work, and it could leave you with an unstable floor and a financial nightmare. You wouldn't take your car to Home Depot for maintenance, so don't put your floor needs in the hands of the unknown. With putting your floor needs in the hands of Gene's you can rest assured that it will be done right the first time. God Bless”

“Our Salesperson was Daphane at the Pensacola store and she was great. Got us set up with our wood flooring and carpet at a very good price. On install was even better. We had Clarence Randall (Randy) and he as great. He leveled our floor and installed the new wood with the greatest attention to detail on everything. Same with the carpet install...perfect. Randy's carpet install was so good we decided to call Daphane back and add two more rooms. No issues at all with purchase price, furniture moving, or install.”
