Scott came to the appointment early but texted me to find that my CEO and I were not ready and he waited patiently for both of us. He was informative, courteous and professional. His truck was packed with all choices of flooring available and he left us samples. Again great experience”

“We love our floors from Genco! Scott gave a very thorough estimate and let us shop from home. He even brought back the samples the next day when I questioned my initial color choice. He educated us on what would work best based on what we told him we wanted. Jason and his team did our vinyl laminates in the basement and they did an impeccable job. He explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond by helping to repair our stairs before the next team put in our carpeting. He works with integrity and pride in his work. Orlando quickly and professionally installed the carpets on our staircases and kid’s rooms. Both teams were on time, worked quickly but efficiently, were trustworthy and we were treated like family every step of the way.
