“If I could give GENCO 100 stars I would. I have lived in Wappingers Falls for almost 40 years and never have I met owners, Scott and Theresa who went above and beyond to help me ever. He definitely knows his products, is highly intelliegent, extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me as time was of the essence. I will never visit any other flooring company and I definitely have other work for them to do. You see, both my bathroom floors were in desperate need of not only repair as well as a sub-floor but flooring as well. Scott not only helped me with flooring but I was in desperate need of an honest and reliable plumber and he was nice enough to send along his own personal plumber to help me remove a vanity and toilet and re-install both since my plumber did not do it correctly. I would be amiss if I did not mention the employees he sent to actually do the work in my house. They were very polite, did their work and most importantly left my house in prestine condition. It's so hard to find reliable and honest people but I hit the jackpot with GENCO flooring. Way to go Scott and Theresa.”

“I was looking to redo a floor and I found out about Genco floor covering . Scott was great! He listened to what I was looking for in a floor and the product he showed me met every detail. The best part was that he came to measure, ordered and installed all in the same week! This was the easiest renovation project I have ever done! His install team was on time and and did a thorough and clean job. I will definitely be using them again in the future!”
