“Amazing from start to finish. Every step of the way Scott guided me on my floors. I received several estimates and I carefully chose Genco because of their knowledge, expertise, products, and their exceptional reviews. My floors were delayed by the manufacturer by a few days. Because Scott knew I was moving close to the new delivery date he and his team led by Jason went above and beyond to assure my floors would be installed before I moved into my new house. Jason and his team drove all the way to Syracuse to receive my order and installed my 2,000 square foot house in less than 2.5 days. Like Scott, Jason answered every question I had and fully explained his plan before it was executed. If you need new floors stop looking call Genco they are literally the BEST!”
