“We are getting Some work done in our kitchen. So we went here for some tile and cabinet options . Let me just start by saying the parking situation here is probably the worse of any strip mall style shopping I have seen. Plus there are other industries there so lots of big pick up trucks that park over the lines...but that's my rant. We were helped by a young lady named Ali who unfortunately is leaving soon but did a great job showing us options and even offering professional opinion. She helped us get an estimate set up and we may even get some stuff we didn't go in there for no thanks to the Mrs. Good luck with the new gig Ali and thanks for all the help. Check the store out great selection. And service but find a good parking spot.”

“We are grateful for our experience with Galaxie Floor Stores. We worked with Bre & Tim on carpeting the basement (twice) and our bathroom flooring and shower tile. The store has great selection. I didn't pick a great carpet for our space (the seam showed more than I could accept). Bre was my life saver and helped me through the process to change it out. With covid delays Bre followed up with companies to keep me informed and constantly communicated with me what was happening with our products. I appreciate that so much as everyone knows doing renovations is already so stressful. Thanks! We will use them again if needed in the future.”

Nate answered all of my questions, responded to my calls and emails quickly, and sent a clear, thorough proposal. Sheldon did an amazing job on the installation and sent updates and photos as he worked. Everything was completed on time as scheduled, and the floor is even nicer than I had hoped.”

“Galaxie Floors not only showed great professionalism, they also showed compassion. As we were remodeling, we found a long-time roof leak in our new-to-us old house. We were devastated and didn't have walls on all 3 levels of our split-level house for an entire winter as we tried to figure out what to do and make repairs. Finding asbestos pushed our install date even further back. Galaxie Floors never pressured me to get things done and were very understanding. They even held the flooring in their warehouse for almost a year. I am so grateful for their kindness in that horrible time in my life. We now have a new home and plan to get flooring in it- our one stop will be Galaxie Flooring!!!”

“Loved going to the store—they have SO much product it was a little overwhelming but the staff (thanks Mary and Bre!) assisted me in narrowing down what would work for my family in various rooms, including helping me pick colors, which I’m clueless about. I got carpet made specifically for pet owners and luxury vinyl plank flooring that transformed the rooms is went in. Everything from shopping to measuring to purchasing to installation was great!”
