Their installers were here all day; and I must say, I have never seen two men work so professionally and without stopping. They moved my furniture and put it back- - even patiently moved a couple of items when I decided rearranging my furniture was a good idea. These men are hard workers who take immense pride in their job. From the salesman, to the receptionist at the desk who will handle the paperwork, to the crew who will be in your home - - Fred's is the best!”

“DeeAnn was very informative by explaining the different types of flooring. She showed us a sample sheet of the wear layers so we could actually feel the difference in the thicknesses. She allowed us to bring a sample home (approx 18"x18") so we could see how it looked in the house. She was more helpful & informative than the last 2 flooring places I visited.”

“Rob was wonderful to work with. He took the extra mile to get my business. He was very responsive and I appreciated the communication from him. We had rather a large project - wood floors downstairs sanded and stained and then tile ripped up in kitchen and laundry room and replaced with wood floors. Rob had his team come out and sand down a section of our floors and put different stains down so we could choose. Great customer service. We had several quotes and Freds flooring was the only one who offered to do this for us. We were on vacation while our house was worked on and Rob updated us and sent pictures. We REALLY appreciated it. Again communication was top notch! As with any large project there were a few things that needed to be fixed and Rob again was very responsive. His team Fixed everything that needed to be without any question. I will be calling them again on our next project!”
