“If there were more than 5 stars I wouldn't hesitate to use them! We worked with Michael Wells on our redo of 2 small bathrooms, hall and master bedroom. Michael was on time for the estimate date, thoroughly measured, asked questions and gave us an absolutely reasonable total cost for all. The crew of 3 was spot on on time, they worked continuously throughout the day and finished taking out the old carpet and bathroom flooring, plus finishing installing the new flooring in one day. I just can't say enough good about Michael, the crew and Fred's Flooring. You won't be sorry using these guys!”

“Fred's was our second choice and honestly wished it was our first and only. After a complete disaster with the first company and a canceled install, we rushed over to Fred's. After reading such positive reviews, we went to see what they could do for us. Michael was very helpful from the beginning to the end, even coming by the job twice to make sure it was on track, answer questions we may have had, and see if we were satisfied. Our entire install was done by 1 man, and we were pleasantly impressed with him. We would 100 % recommend this company and so much so that they probably will get more business from us in the near future!”

“I don't know how I can excuse myself for not writing this review sooner! Fred's Flooring did an outstanding job for our family. Let me sum it all up this way: Excellent communication, quality, and craftsmanship! Job well done! We had temporary flooring in our house after some kitchen water damage. We had asked local online FB groups for recommendations and seen Fred's come up more than once as doing great work. I called and spoke with Michael and got some information from him. We made plans for a estimate of the job and he came out to our house. He was on time, or early and called prior to showing up. Here is where it gets good... Their prices were fair. Maybe not the cheapest, but that's ok. Cheap does not equate to great. Very fair quote. We decided to accept and paid 50 percent up front for flooring they had to order in from their nearby warehouse. Although a day late in confirming it had arrived, they Michael contacted us to let us know our materials had come in to their local shop in Murfreesboro and we made an appointment to start the work. Our family moved all the furniture out of the kitchen for them and when their crew showed up to begin work...guess who also showed up at the same time? MICHAEL! The sales person also came with the crew to inspect once again, check in with us and scope out the project once more. He inspected areas (under the dishwasher and refrigerator) he couldn't see before. He got on his knees and checked it all out. He discussed the project with the crew, said he'd be back to check in later and said goodbye. The crew got to work, tearing out sub-floor, tile backer and going to town on the demo. My ONLY constructive critique was that we were unprepared for the amount of dust...but I should have known better, Lol... Half the crew left to go pick up new sub-floor for the kitchen and the others kept working. Efficiency is their game! The project took two days, as planned and discussed. They worked late the first day to get it all done. Day two was hard work too. Now, we have new sub-floor, no more water damaged issues and they even got rid of a few squeaking floor areas that drove us nuts! Finally, when everything was done, Michael called to check in the next day. With two SMALL concerns, he came by the next day to check it out. All that was needed was a bit of silicone sealant in two areas and done. He had his guys come back out asap. HE personally was there each step of the way. Give the man a raise.... ;-) If you want dependability, honestly and a solid work ethic, give them a call... They cut ZERO corners and our floors look great!”

“Yes to Fred's Flooring, 5 stars! Ask for Michael. Choosing flooring is overwhelming - there are SO many choices but ultimately went with Mohawk, RevWood Plus in "Mineral Oak" - laminate floor. We acquired an older untrained dog, who agro-pees - our carpet was 20 years old and we could no longer steam clean out the smell. We got many quotes, but ultimately went with Fred's Flooring due to our sales rep Michael. He was not pushy, just informative and respectful of all needs and costs. He helped us find an in-stock, beautiful WATERPROOF 💦 floor that was installed within maybe 5 days, so right away we were impressed! Their installers are top notch, they bring the wood and install it as well, we picked up the shoe molding ahead of time and painted it here so it was ready to go for them. They did it all in one day! 815 square feet, 10A - 8P tirelessly putting down every board with precision. They were joyful and really cared about our home and that we were happy. Thank you to them! All throughout our process Michael kept us up to date. We had a wee overage and will have Freds out again to do our upstairs bathrooms. We just love the floors. Michael saved us a ton of money because the flooring was in stock but too, on kitchen counters! I didn't like them before, but they now match the new floors and we have floor the dog can't wreck and don't have to have service master out each quarter - kudos! PS: I learned this today years ago, not that it's a problem now but we'll put the dog in the laundry room when we leave for a few hours :)”
