We had a difficult project and he was willing to work with us -- successfully replacing the flooring in our entire 2 story home. He even helped coordinate a local company to assist with a balcony / handrail install, even though it was outside of his job scope. Sammy's crew was diligent and performed their work with great pride and attention to detail. Very polite and respectful, and most importantly skilled at their craft. “It took over a year for me to decide what flooring I wanted Sammy and his staff in Apopka were super patient he picked out the carpet he picked out the flooring and they were awesome there were definitely some bumps in the road but not worth mentioning the craftsmanship and work of the employees and subcontractors was amazing I would highly recommend them. Some of the kindest people in business I've ever met honest”

“My husband and I were very happy with their large variety of beautiful flooring, their professionalism. There were prices were in line with their product. I thought they were very reasonable. Their installers were great. They were there when they said they were going to be and worked hard to finish when it was supposed to be done. Their installers even cleaned the floor when they were finished.”

“The timetable we had set was met without delay, any changes during the process were done promptly and the follow-up service was top-notch. From the showroom to completion, you never feel as though you are without support during the process. Instead of pushing certain choices, they will let you get an idea of what you like, then help whittle it down to what fits your taste and budget in that design category. Definitely recommend going by the showroom and looking at what they have to offer. It is really nice being able to see everything in person and talk to a human being in an age where brick and mortar businesses are increasingly rare.”
