“We had two rooms in our home that still had w/w carpeting from when the house was originally built and we wanted to have laminate installed in both rooms. One glaring issue for us was that the house is typical Florida open plan and already had laminate installed in several rooms and areas that we would need to match. After being unable to find an appropriate match for the existing laminate at three other vendors, we found Flooring Master online. Jeff came over the next day after I called with samples that matched the existing floors and did a free measure of the rooms and closets. We had the estimate the same evening. It was a "no-brainer" to choose Flooring Master because of the matching laminate material and now, I know we absolutely made the best choice. After placing the order, the installation supervisor Todd contacted me immediately afterwards to let us know that our material was ordered and that we were already on their install schedule. The materials were delivered to the house the next week as scheduled and the actual removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new laminate flooring was completed in a single day two days after that. Our installation tech, Micheal, arrived as was planned and he set to work immediately upon arrival at 9:00 AM and he was completely finished with the installing tasks and clean-up in both rooms by 6:30 PM. Micheal is a skillful and focused tradesman. Check out the example of his sweet skills in the photo of the curved corner in our gold guest room. It was so nice to see that old school work ethic and attention to detail in a younger man. Thank you Micheal!. All in all, Flooring Master did an excellent job from the initial sale through the install and final inspection. I highly recommend them for your next flooring project big or small.”

“My fiance and I visited the Orlando showroom after a positive recommendation by a close friend. Upon arrival, Elizabeth greeted us and showed us the options that were available based on our wants and needs. Elizabeth was very personable, professional and knowledgeable about the products and process. We felt no pressure at any time and we came to an agreement while being treated to a nice cup of coffee. We did our due dilligence by pricing competitors and Elizabeth underbid them all by a great amount. Coupled with the savings, Elizabeth made us aware of a rebate offered by the manufacturer and she took steps to make that process easier for us. The project went off without a hitch and each scheduled promise was made without interruption. Making the project more difficult was that my fiance and I were located in a different state due to the restrictions on Corona Virus, yet the continuous flow of communication overcame any logistical issues and the whole project was completed in the promised timeframe. The floors look amazing and have added value and a personal touch to our new home. We are glad to have chosen Elizabeth, Willy, Todd and the team for a job well done. Overall, there is absolutely no concerns or hiccups that arose. Payments were made at different steps along the way. First payment is upon ordering supplies. The manufacturer is from Canada, so we allowed for about 3 weeks for delivery. The 2nd payment was made upon delivery of the products with the third payment due upon completion. The products required approximately 3 days for acclimation to the home and despite being a large project of over 1800 square feet on the 2nd floor and an additional master bedroom project, it was completed in 5 days (which also included removal of the carpeting that was originally installed). We highly recommend Elizabeth and the team for a smooth process with no hassles and high-end professional service.”
